Recap: The Riverbend Malt House 2026 Southern Lager Celebration

The 2026 Southern Lager Celebration was a great success! We got to host X of our customers from X states all over the South for two days visiting Biltmore Estate’s barley farms, touring Sierra Nevada, and talking shop about crafting lagers.
This year’s celebration had the first technical and sensory education addition, with a day of presentations to help our customers craft better lagers. We heard from White Labs, Crosby Farms, The Southern Growl, and members of our team like Tina Hoffert on topics such as ALDC Optimization in lagers, pressurized lager fermentations, and much, much more.
