Planning your craft malt can include sourcing local farmers to work with, sourcing unique, quality grains, and exploring different production techniques to get the flavors just right.

MALT
We develop a sample using the same tried and true methods and quality control we use for every batch.

TASTE
Join us in our lab for a tasting session and give us feedback on your custom malt.
FIVE
APPROVE
Once the recipe is just right, we’ll make it in as small or as large of a production batch as you need. We can start with a 2-tonne batch or scale up to our 10-tonne system for high volume. The choice is yours.
SIX
SHIP
We can ship, provide local delivery, or arrange for you to pick up your order at our South Asheville facility. Your custom malt is on its way to becoming the heart of your unique brewing or distilling project!
