Next Level Brewing Company – 6 Degrees of Benton’s Bacon

Next Level Brewing Company has taken their Porter recipe to the next level! Malt With A Mission: 2024 By The Numbers

Our Malt With A Mission slogan is much more than a saying around here. It’s a set of environmentally conscious practices that we’re constantly refining to reduce our impact.

Each year, Riverbend Malt House collects data points that we use to analyze our footprint. These include grain sourcing, utilities, and recycling and upcycling initiatives. Tracking these metrics ensures that we are always making strides towards reducing our carbon footprint and supporting thoughtful farming practices.

Grand Central Brewhouse – Fjord Escort

This easy drinking, 4.7% Danish Lager is the latest collaboration between Grand Central Brewhouse and Cherry Street Brewing. Fun fact: the “Carlsberg” yeast strain, one of the oldest lager strains in the world, was used for making this brew!
