Brewed with Cumberland Pilsner and 120 Ibs of local honey from Estatoe Path Farm, this full-bodied beer brings forward notes of sweet honey, banana, & subtle clove as a rich finish follows.
“NoFo/Nocturnal Brewing collaboration.
We brewed this banger of a NEIPA with Riverbend malts and featuring Strata hops exclusively. Copious amounts of hops were added at 5 different stages of the process. Low/medium body with tons of melon,citrus, and hop resin.”
This tan and amber colored lager boasts aromas of biscuit and malty sweetness. We also use German Hallertau and Tettnang hops to balance the sweetness, leaving a nice clean finish.
Strong lager brewed with caramel and smoked malts. Deep amber colored and cold aged to provide extra smoothness.

This Rye IPA brings forward complex floral, spicy, and tropical flavors with a pleasing astringency on the back end.

A rich amber ale packed with cinnamon warmth, vanilla sweetness, and caramel-drizzled malt. A cozy, layered brew for autumn nights.
A traditional lager beer style with a rye twist. 20% Rye malt was added to give a little bit of spice character. Malts are Riverbend Pilsner, Carolina Rye, Lt. Munich, Vienna, Great Chit. Hops are Saaz or Liberty
While still rooted in the Speyside-style, we developed this whiskey to be more familiar to the American palate. The addition of munich malt allowed us to draw darker fruit and caramel profile into the spirit. We allowed this spirit to age in a combination of new charred American oak barrels (heavy, sweet, nutty, grainy) and used bourbon barrels (vibrant and light aromas, ethereal top notes on the palate).
