As we mature as a distillery so does our whiskey. Brewed, fermented, distilled and put into an ex-bourbon barrel in 2019, we figured you deserved to taste this whiskey in its purest form, as a single barrel. This is the first release (only 196 bottles) in what will be an exciting new series of single barrel releases, and we think you are going to like what it brings to the table.

CASK TYPE: 53 gallon used Buffalo trace bourbon barrel

NOSE: apple butter, butterscotch, croissant, honeysuckle, almond

PALATE: orange confit, black tea, waffle cone, pipe tobacco, soft caramel chews

FINISH: prolonged & palate coating, orange pekoe tea, dried spiced fruit
