Bold citrus, pineapple, stone fruit, and hoppy resinous aromatics layer together to make this hazy DIPA complex and LOUD! Brewed with Riverbend Malt House barley, wheat, and oats and dry hopped with Idaho 7, Citra Cryo, Columbus, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops.
Easy drinking session hazy IPA featuring a rotating single varietal dry hop. Brewed with locally malted Riverbend Malt House barley, oats, and wheat. This batch showcases the classic Simcoe as the sole dry hop addition. Notes of pineapple, lemongrass, orange zest, and tropical fruit.

Brewed with Riverbend Malthouse barley and rye malt. Flavors build upon earthy spice, light roast and black peppercorn, and finish with bright citrus punch from Columbus, Centennial, Cascade and a touch of Citra hops. Its deep, jet-black color comes Epiphany Craft Malt roasted barley.
Hard to believe we are about to close the books on 2021! I always enjoy going back through our social media feed and photos…remembering the conversations and beers that defined this roller coaster of a year. It’s only natural to look out over a field of barley and reflect back to this time last year, or the year before that. This year we’re feeling extra nostalgic about our 10 year harvest that we’re now enjoying in craft beer across our region, toasting to a decade in business in what’s become a burgeoning agricultural industry. The craft malt story is unfolding, and we’re proud to help tell it.

It’s official! American Single Malt Whiskey will become a new category for spirits across the United States in early 2022. The American Single Malt Whiskey Commission has been hard at work for years now to make this happen. We tip our hats to them.
The category will be defined by the following criteria….
Excited to share the news of a bountiful harvest! Back in June we collected grain samples from around our region and patiently waited for the lab results. The early reports were strong, showing solid protein levels, strong germination, and little evidence of pre-harvest sprout.
After reviewing these data, we’ll be bringing in a majority of our grain from North Carolina….which is always the goal we strive for!
