While still rooted in the Speyside-style, we developed this whiskey to be more familiar to the American palate. The addition of munich malt allowed us to draw darker fruit and caramel profile into the spirit. We allowed this spirit to age in a combination of new charred American oak barrels (heavy, sweet, nutty, grainy) and used bourbon barrels (vibrant and light aromas, ethereal top notes on the palate).
NoFo/Cherry Street Brewing Collaboration. Light in color and body, this style is quite refreshing with loads of tropical fruit in the nose. Riverbend malts and corn were used as the base. Hops are a blend of NZ hops known as “”HopZilla””.
With notes of honeycomb, raisinated fruit, tobacco barn, and mint, this single-barrel reserve gin uses 100% malted 2-Row Barley from Riverbend Malt House. You will find notes of honey, graham cracker, orange blossom, and warming spice on the palate thanks to a custom grain bill and vapor-infused botanicals.

A mouth-watering, effervescent kettle sour brewed with 100% Riverbend Malt, jalapeños, and locally sourced peaches. Refreshing notes of stone fruit with a mild spice from the jalapeños, which are added to the boil to provide more flavor to the resulting beer than just heat.

Honey-sweet southern select provides malt backbone for the fresh hops for a classic American IPA bitterness with notes of pine, grapefruit, and bitter orange peel. 10% of proceeds will be donated to Hurricane Helene relief efforts in Asheville, North Carolina.
Tropical flavors abound with this sour ale brewed with clover honey, vanilla, lactose, passion fruit, and guava.

With 3 pounds coffee infused per barrel of beer, this fan favorite has plenty of coffee flavor complementing the spice from the Carolina Rye malt.
The nose is rich in sweetness with a hint of savoriness to boot – thick caramel sauce, spiced cola, with date and raisin fruitiness and a pinch of candied bacon jam.
The palate is incredibly viscous, toasty like their toasted Fiddlers from last year with heavy chocolate ganache, clinging dried fruits, and lots of charred citrus on the palate.
