This Rye IPA brings forward complex floral, spicy, and tropical flavors with a pleasing astringency on the back end.
Savory, malty, and crisply drinkable – a perfect beer for the fall!
A rich amber ale packed with cinnamon warmth, vanilla sweetness, and caramel-drizzled malt. A cozy, layered brew for autumn nights.
A traditional lager beer style with a rye twist. 20% Rye malt was added to give a little bit of spice character. Malts are Riverbend Pilsner, Carolina Rye, Lt. Munich, Vienna, Great Chit. Hops are Saaz or Liberty
While still rooted in the Speyside-style, we developed this whiskey to be more familiar to the American palate. The addition of munich malt allowed us to draw darker fruit and caramel profile into the spirit. We allowed this spirit to age in a combination of new charred American oak barrels (heavy, sweet, nutty, grainy) and used bourbon barrels (vibrant and light aromas, ethereal top notes on the palate).
Aged for at least two years, the barrel imparts a rich, smooth finish and a deep caramel hue to the spirit. With rye malt comprising 65% of the mash bill, Survivors Cut Rye stands out with its spice-forward flavors, showcasing the essence of this beloved style.

NoFo/Cherry Street Brewing Collaboration. Light in color and body, this style is quite refreshing with loads of tropical fruit in the nose. Riverbend malts and corn were used as the base. Hops are a blend of NZ hops known as “”HopZilla””.
With notes of honeycomb, raisinated fruit, tobacco barn, and mint, this single-barrel reserve gin uses 100% malted 2-Row Barley from Riverbend Malt House. You will find notes of honey, graham cracker, orange blossom, and warming spice on the palate thanks to a custom grain bill and vapor-infused botanicals.

A mouth-watering, effervescent kettle sour brewed with 100% Riverbend Malt, jalapeños, and locally sourced peaches. Refreshing notes of stone fruit with a mild spice from the jalapeños, which are added to the boil to provide more flavor to the resulting beer than just heat.
