This experimental Single Batch whiskey explores the complimentary flavors of pot distilled rye malt whiskey finished in amaro liqueur casks. Four varieties of rye were used in the mash bill – including a custom Applewood-smoked Carolina Rye. Applewood imparts a light and fruity character that gives some nice balance to the cracked peppercorn notes of the malted rye.

A delicious Amber/Märzen with notes of pumpernickel, toasted bread, cardamon and allspice from the Munich Rye with a sweet, mellow smokiness. Brightened by German Mittlefruh, Spalt and Tettnang Hops.
Complex flavors abound in the delicious Belgian Dubbel. Expect fig jam from the honey malt and pumpernickel toast from the Munich Rye.

CitriSeaBurst Lager is a a new multi-venture collaboration by beer and food content creator Crafted Culture and Bowigens Beer Company. This crispy and crushable lager is infused with real orange, lemon, and lime fruit juices, perfect for afternoons on the beach or pairing with your favorite dish. Coming in January 2025!
Crafted in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery and Zillacoah Beer Co., Steinbock is a Doppelbock-style lager boiled with hot granite rocks inside an open-top foeder. Heaps of toasty Vienna and Munich malts are used to create a bold, malty wort. Then a “mind-bending” amount additional of caramelization is achieved once the hot stones are added with a sensational sizzle. Cold fermentation with plus an extended lagering time helps create the perfect dark lager for winter sipping.
