This pale German lager is made with equal parts Riverbend Avalon and Cumberland Pilsner malts to create a soft, bready base beer. Nobel Mittelfrueh and Perle hops are then added to create spicy and herbal notes. This beer combines all the best parts of a Munich Helles and German pils to create the perfect lager.
Next Level Brewing Company has taken their Porter recipe to the next level! The Cumberland Pilsner malt used in the base recipe was sent to the famous Benton’s Bacon in Madisonville, TN, to spend a few weeks in the smokehouse! It was then sent back to Next Level Brewing and used to brew this beer! Expect notes of toffee, caramel, and rich smoke… and perhaps even a hint of bacon!
