The nose is rich in sweetness with a hint of savoriness to boot – thick caramel sauce, spiced cola, with date and raisin fruitiness and a pinch of candied bacon jam.
The palate is incredibly viscous, toasty like their toasted Fiddlers from last year with heavy chocolate ganache, clinging dried fruits, and lots of charred citrus on the palate.
