Crafted in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery and Zillacoah Beer Co., Steinbock is a Doppelbock-style lager boiled with hot granite rocks inside an open-top foeder. Heaps of toasty Vienna and Munich malts are used to create a bold, malty wort. Then a “mind-bending” amount additional of caramelization is achieved once the hot stones are added with a sensational sizzle. Cold fermentation with plus an extended lagering time helps create the perfect dark lager for winter sipping.

A portion of the sales of this beer will be directly benefiting local collaborators on their rebuilding journey following impacts from Hurricane Helene.
