FLo-Rye-Da
Crafted using an FL-grown variety called FL401, a descendant of Seashore Black rye, This malt is kilned at moderate temperatures and delivers notes of fresh melba toast and earthy spice.
Cumberland Pilsner
This malt is produced from 2-row barley sourced exclusively from Tennessee growers. Provides a nice balance of bread dough and sweet aromatics. Great for lagers and hop forward styles.
Chesapeake Pilsner
This malt is produced from 2-row barley sourced exclusively from Virginia growers. Provides a nice balance of bready and floral flavors. Great for lagers and hop forward styles.
Munich Rye
Crafted using a variety called Wrens Abruzzi, This malt is kilned at higher temperatures throughout and delivers notes of pumpernickel bread, cardamon, and allspice.
Great Chit
This under-modified malt is produced using Southern-grown 2-row barley. Contributes to foam stability and mouthfeel in IPAs and Lagers. Use it in place of raw grains or dextrin malts.
Base Camp
This malt is produced from a proprietary mix of 2-row barleys. The flavors are clean and grassy. Good for all hop forward styles.
Carolina Rye
Made from the heirloom rye grain Wrens Abruzzi, this malt has an earthy, black peppercorn, citrus and herbal spice blend flavor. Try it in a Saison, IPA or Bourbon.
Heritage Malt
This malt is from a barley grain with biscuity, grassy and honey flavor notes. The product is good for a Belgian Dubbel or Bourbon recipe.
Southern Select
This malt uses a blend of regionally sourced 2-row barley varieties. Flavors include notes of biscuit, fresh grassy and honeysuckle. Perfect for Lagers or Session IPAs.
