Next Level Brewing Company has taken their Porter recipe to the next level! The Cumberland Pilsner malt used in the base recipe was sent to the famous Benton’s Bacon in Madisonville, TN, to spend a few weeks in the smokehouse! It was then sent back to Next Level Brewing and used to brew this beer! Expect notes of toffee, caramel, and rich smoke… and perhaps even a hint of bacon!

This easy drinking, 4.7% Danish Lager is the latest collaboration between Grand Central Brewhouse and Cherry Street Brewing. It’s made with Riverbend Cumberland Pilsner for a clean malt character and features German noble hops, including Tettnang and Hersbrucker, which gives the beer a nice, floral spice. Fun fact: the “Carlsberg” yeast strain, one of the oldest lager strains in the world, was used for making this brew!

The American Zoigl Project is a communal brewing revival started by Chicago’s Goldfinger Beer in 2023. The purpose of this project is to contribute to the ancient Zoigl tradition of shared brewing linage originally rooted in Bavaria.

American Zoigl pours a deep gold color with a light white head. Spice forward hops with a light corn aromas are followed by a bread malt sweetness, subtle spice, and light sweetness on the finish.

This experimental Single Batch whiskey explores the complimentary flavors of pot distilled rye malt whiskey finished in amaro liqueur casks. Four varieties of rye were used in the mash bill – including a custom Applewood-smoked Carolina Rye. Applewood imparts a light and fruity character that gives some nice balance to the cracked peppercorn notes of the malted rye.
