Tasting Notes:

The South definitely has something to say with this anniversary beer brewed for Creature Comforts’ 8th year in business. It features a serious hop load and saturated flavor. Consisting of HBC586, Citra Incognito, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Incognito, Strata, one of our favorite expressive ale strains and featuring beautiful Southeastern malts, this one is truly a feast for the palate.

We’re especially proud of the all southern grain provided by Riverbend Malt House. The first craft malt house east of the Mississippi River, Riverbend Malt House helps breweries and distilleries large, small, and in-between stand out with flavor, locality, and community. Southern Select was our malt of choice, which is produced using a proprietary blend of their regionally grown 2-Row barley varieties. These varieties germinate at different rates that contribute a mix of grain, grassy notes and a rich, honey-sweet finish.
