Tasting Notes:

Aroma is heavy on dried apricots and fuzzy peach skin. The flavor rounds out mid palette with big juicy peach and white grape. Finishes pleasantly dry with a touch of back end bitterness. Reminiscent of a dry but fruity Sauvignon Blanc wine. Perfectly soft pillowy mouthfeel and an inviting dryness that is seldom achieved in this style.
