  • Regenified™ Southern Select

    $0.00
This is produced using 100% 2-row Avalon barley grown on a certified farm in Maryland. This product is our first Regenified release, recognizing the value of regenerative agriculture to soil, waterways, and the planet at large. Regenerative farming employs a multi-faceted approach to build soil health and encourage carbon sequestration. Look for aromas of sugar cookie, melon, and honey in the finished malt. Mouthfeel is rich, exhibiting a creaminess not often encountered in a Pale Ale style malt.
  • Great Chit

    $0.00
This under-modified malt is produced using Southern-grown 2-row barley. Contributes to foam stability and mouthfeel in IPAs and Lagers. Use it in place of raw grains or dextrin malts.

Top quality white wheat is germinated and kilned like our Vienna. We get big notes of breakfast cereal in the finished product. Think Golden Grahams swimming in a nutty, freshly made pie crust.
  • Hulled Oats

    Hull and Oats

  • Carolina Rye

    $0.00
Made from the heirloom rye grain Wrens Abruzzi, this malt has an earthy, black peppercorn, citrus and herbal spice blend flavor. Try it in a Saison, IPA or Bourbon.
  • Honey Malt

    $0.00
Honey Malt is inspired by the "brumaltz" produced in Germany. This technique starves the germinating grain of oxygen and sets the table for a unique suite of chemical reactions to take place prior to kilning. Kilning temperatures are similar to our Light Munich. Pronounced sweet notes of maple syrup and fig lead off with a finish that blends in black tea and oak tannins. Try it in a classic Belgian Dubbel or English Brown recipe.
  • Fresh From Florida Certified Wheat

Produced using soft red winter wheat from Murphy Farms in Jennings, Florida and Kilned just like our Appalachian Wheat to create something special for your next Hefeweizen or multi-grain lager, this year's crop delivers a rich nuttiness, with a touch spice and a delicate earthiness in the finish.
