    This malt is produced from a proprietary mix of 2-row barleys. The flavors are clean and grassy.  Good for all hop forward styles.
  • Southern Select

    This malt uses a blend of regionally sourced  2-row barley varieties. Flavors include notes of biscuit, fresh grassy and honeysuckle. Perfect for Lagers or Session IPAs.
  • Vienna

    This malt is produced from a proprietary blend of 2-row barleys. Richer and slightly darker than Southern Select with a breadier profile.
  • Light Munich

    This malt is a blend of 2-row barley varieties. With rich flavors of fresh bread and honey, this product is good for German Bocks, Helles and American Single Malt recipes.
  • Dark Munich

    Produced using a blend of 2-row barley varieties, this  malt has notes of baking spices, chocolate, toast and stone fruit. Perfect for Brown Ales, Barleywines and German Doppelbocks.

  • Pilsner Malt

    This malt is from a barley grain and has flavor notes of grass, grain and honey.  Perfect for Farmhouse and Mixed Culture Saison styles.
  • Pale Malt

    This malt is from a 6-row barley grain.  With biscuity, grassy and honey flavors it works well for English Bitter and American Pale styles.
  • Heritage Malt

    This malt is from a barley grain with biscuity, grassy and honey flavor notes.  The product is good for a Belgian Dubbel or Bourbon recipe.
  • Melanoidin Malt

    This malt is produced from a Thoroughbred barley. Flavors are toast, black cherry and tobacco. Good for brown ales, stouts and dark lagers.
  • Appalachian Wheat

    This malt is produced using soft red wheat. The flavors are baked artisan bread and toast. Good for Hefeweizen and Farmhouse styles.
  • Carolina Rye

    Made from an heirloom rye grain, this malt has an earthy, black peppercorn, citrus and herbal spice blend flavor. Try it in a Saison, IPA or Bourbon.
  • Cumberland Corn Malt

    Made from a food-grade dent corn from Tennessee, this malt has an earthy and fresh, sweet cornbread flavor.   Good for American and Pre-prohibition lagers.
  • Bloody Butcher Corn

    This malt is produced using corn grain.  This product is good for American Lager or Bourbon.
  • Hulled Oats

    Hull and Oats

    This malt, produced from oats contains high protein levels that give them a distinguished mouthfeel making them good for NEIPAs and Stouts.
  • Streaker Oats

    This malt is from a variety of hulless oats. With an almond and creamy oatmeal like flavor this product is good for Hazy or New England IPAs.
