This Pale Ale style malt is produced using 2-row barley grown on Regenified™ certified farms. This product is our first Regenified release, recognizing the value of regenerative agriculture to soil, waterways, and the planet at large. Regenerative farming employs a multi-faceted approach to build soil health and encourage carbon sequestration.

Regenified Southern Select has aromas of sugar cookie, melon, and honey with a rich mouthfeel exhibiting a creaminess not often encountered in Pale Ale malt.
