Avalon Pale

This is produced using 100% 2-row Avalon barley grown in the Southeast. This variety is the first malting barley to be released by Virginia Tech and we are excited to share it with you. The lengthier, warmer kilning recipe unlocks aromas of sugar cookie, melon, and honey. Mouthfeel is rich, exhibiting a creaminess not often encountered in a Pale malt.
